May 14th 2024 Zoom Meeting – 7.30pm And now for something completely different” with Dr David Sadler (ARPS, CPAGB, EFIAP). To quote an article in the Dundee Telegraph; “As a forensic pathologist and the head of a photographic society, David Sadler is not someone you’d expect to still identify with punk.” Safe to say, David is not a run-of-the-mill photographer and his images reflect that. His Flickr profile says: “Interested in trying all kinds of photography. An opportunist, I suppose. I joined Dundee Photographic Society in 2010. Having enjoyed the stimulus and competition within my local club I started entering pictures into Salons, with reasonable success. Since joining, I have obtained a few photographic distinctions: ARPS, CPAGB, EFIAP, BPE*2, LBIPP. I was the President of DPS (2016-18). My main interests are travel, street and opportunistic photography, with a humorous element wherever possible. A recurring theme is fisheye selfies, boldly processed to be “in your face”. And the obsession continues…..” https://davidsadlerphotography.com
