COMPETITION RULES
Cricklade Camera Club (CCC) are proud to announce their summer photography competition for 2026, to capture the “Essence of summer in and around Cricklade”.
The winning photograph from the under 10s and under 16s category will receive a £25 Amazon Gift Voucher and the over 16s/Adult will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher.
The competition is open from 1st June 2026 until 31st August 2026

Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: If you plan to submit photos, read the following section carefully:

- The email must titled “CCC Summer 2026″
2. Each image can be no larger than 2 MB and should be in jpeg format.
3. State your name, age group and title of your image.
The competition is open to anyone who lives in Cricklade and surrounding area.
Any entrant under 18 at the closing date of the competition must gain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter the competition.
Your photograph must have been taken during the summer of 2026 within the Cricklade area.
Each entrant will be allowed to submit up to a maximum of 3 photographs.
The entries will be judged from a panel of judges, based on originality, relevance to theme, and creativity.
The results will be announced in September and copies will be displayed in the
Cricklade Council Office window and on Cricklade Camera Club website.
All photographs must be original work by the entrant. No explicit or offensive or illegal content is allowed.
All imagery MUST be the exclusive work of the submitting photographer and may not include any element that is the copyright of another. Images should not include any AI generated content.
CCC reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify or remove any entry that does not comply with the rules or the spirit of the competition, at any stage of the competition
It is the responsibility of each entrant (and the entrant’s parent or guardian) to ensure that they have read and will abide by these rules and terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, each entrant (and the entrant’s parent or guardian) agrees to these rules, that their entry complies with these rules, and that they will be liable to the Promoter (CCC) and their licensees in respect of any damages or losses incurred as a breach of the rules. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. Use of a false name or other false details will result in disqualification.
The Copyright for each image entered will remain with the submitting photographer. By entering the Competition and submitting your photograph(s), you hereby grant the Promoter and Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use your photograph(s) for any purpose connected with the Competition, including (but not limited to), promoting the Competition within printed and online media, display at exhibitions, use in the press, promotional and marketing materials, social media networks and for the promotion of any future photographic competition in both print and online media.
You agree to participate in related publicity and to the use of your name and likeness for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.
The promoter is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to any of the winners arising from their acceptance of the prizes. Entrants indemnify the Promoter for all liabilities, including legal costs, in relation to any action or complaint taken by any third party against the Promoter in relation to the entrant’s photograph(s).
The promoter reserves the right to cancel this Competition.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. When a photograph is submitted and the entry date has passed, the entry cannot be changed or withdrawn. Entry to the competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.
